Information Collection and Use
Certain information may be gathered automatically when you download, launch, or interact with the Application. Additional information may be supplied through your use of its features. The information collected may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The screens and sections you visit within the Application, along with the dates, times, and approximate length of those visits
- The overall time spent interacting with the Application
- The operating system running on your mobile device
- Data collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies
Wildfire Goal Rush may use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and related technologies, including cookies, pixels, and comparable tracking tools, to support analytics, maintain functionality, and improve service delivery. Where applicable law requires consent before optional tracking technologies can operate, the Service Provider will seek the necessary permission in advance.
Your Rights
Privacy laws applicable to your location may give you the right to review the personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for information to be erased. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing. To submit a request or ask about these rights, contact the Service Provider at tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you reside in California, you may be entitled to specific rights concerning your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, these may include requesting details about the categories of information collected and how they are used, requesting deletion, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights.
Requests related to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) may be sent to tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.
Information you provide may be used to send essential service announcements, legally required notices, operational updates, and promotional communications where permitted by law.
Certain Application features may require information that can be associated with you or your device. If such information is requested, it will be handled in accordance with the terms and safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
The Service Provider may share statistical, aggregated, or anonymized information with external providers to help assess performance, maintain functionality, and improve the Application and its associated services. Information that has been processed so that it cannot reasonably identify an individual may be used for these purposes.
Information may also be disclosed to other parties when such disclosure is permitted by applicable law and consistent with the practices outlined in this document.
International Data Transfers
Information relating to users may be processed or stored by the Service Provider or its selected service partners in countries other than the country where the user resides. This may include locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Where laws governing international data transfers apply, the Service Provider will rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism. Depending on the circumstances, these mechanisms may include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- An applicable adequacy decision recognizing that a destination provides an adequate level of data protection
- User consent, where it is a valid and legally permitted basis for the transfer
Privacy requirements differ across jurisdictions, and the protections available in another country may not be identical to those in your home country. Where necessary, suitable safeguards and legally required permissions will be established before personal information is transferred internationally.
Wildfire Goal Rush may rely on third-party services that process information under their own privacy terms. Depending on the services integrated into the Application, these may include:
The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:
- When disclosure is required by law, a valid court order, a subpoena, or another legally enforceable request
- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider’s legal interests, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful request from a public authority
- When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service partners performing tasks on the Service Provider’s behalf, provided they are not independently authorized to use that information for their own purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop future information collection by uninstalling Wildfire Goal Rush from your device. Once the Application has been removed, it will no longer collect information through that installation. However, data already shared with the Service Provider or external partners may continue to be stored in accordance with their applicable retention policies.
For assistance with deleting personal information, withdrawing consent, or exercising another privacy right available to you, please email tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.
Data Retention Policy
The length of time information is retained depends on why it was collected, the nature of the information, and any applicable legal obligations. The general retention practices are as follows:
- Information Provided by Users: Usually maintained while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months after use ends, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Automatically Collected Information: Generally retained for a period not exceeding 24 months from collection, unless additional storage is justified by legal or regulatory requirements.
- Aggregated or Anonymized Information: May be preserved indefinitely when it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.
- Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period specified by the applicable legislation or regulatory requirements.
You may ask the Service Provider to erase your personal information. Certain records may nevertheless need to be preserved to satisfy legal obligations. To request the removal of information you have submitted through Wildfire Goal Rush, contact tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.
Please note that removing particular information may limit access to certain features or affect how some parts of the Application operate.
Children
Wildfire Goal Rush is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or under any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or deliberately direct the Application toward them.
Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required, children must not use the Application without the necessary permission. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in situations where such collection is prohibited by law.
If the Service Provider discovers that information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information from its systems as promptly as practicable.
Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has submitted personal information may contact tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review the request and take appropriate action where necessary.
Security
The Service Provider applies reasonable measures intended to protect information associated with the Application against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. Depending on the circumstances, these measures may include technical protections, organizational procedures, and physical security controls.
Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally necessary, the notification may explain the general nature of the incident and the steps taken to investigate, limit, and resolve its effects.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to account for new Application features, changes in technology, revisions to applicable laws, or adjustments to information-handling practices.
When material revisions are made, the updated version will be published with a revised effective date. If applicable law requires additional consent for a significant change, that consent will be obtained before the change takes effect.
Previous versions may be available upon request. To inquire about an earlier version of this Privacy Policy, contact tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.
Your Consent
Where consent is required for processing, you provide it by actively authorizing the relevant feature, granting the requested permission, or otherwise taking the affirmative action specified for that purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that was lawfully carried out before the withdrawal. Information processed on a different lawful basis will continue to be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Privacy Policy.
