Cookies and tracking technologies

Super Kick Blitz and certain third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may employ cookies, pixels, SDKs, and comparable technologies for functionality, analytics, measurement, or delivery of services. When applicable law requires user permission for non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will request and obtain the necessary consent before such technologies are activated.

Your Rights

You may have the right to obtain access to personal information maintained by the Service Provider, request corrections to inaccurate information, or ask for its deletion. If you wish to exercise these rights or revoke consent where consent serves as the legal basis for processing, please contact the Service Provider at tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may have rights concerning the personal information handled by the Service Provider, including the right to request information about collected data, request deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receive equal treatment when exercising privacy rights. Requests relating to CCPA/CPRA rights can be submitted to the Service Provider at tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.

The Service Provider may use information submitted by you to provide important service-related communications, mandatory notices, and, where legally permitted, promotional or marketing messages.

To enable certain functions or provide a more suitable experience within the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide information that can identify you. Any information requested for these purposes will be handled, stored, and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

From time to time, aggregated or anonymized information may be provided to external service providers to help analyze performance, maintain, operate, and improve the Application and related services. The Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties where such disclosure is consistent with the purposes and practices described in this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

Personal information may be processed or transferred by the Service Provider or its external providers to locations outside the country where you live, including jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever applicable law requires specific protections for cross-border transfers, appropriate legal safeguards will be implemented.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) recognized by the European Commission
  • Applicable adequacy decisions or another legally valid transfer method
  • Consent from you when such consent is legally necessary and permitted

Privacy regulations may vary between countries. When required, the Service Provider will take reasonable measures to ensure that transferred information receives appropriate protection and will obtain any legally required authorization or consent.

The Application may incorporate third-party services whose own privacy policies explain how they handle information. The third-party providers currently used by the Application include:

  • where disclosure is necessary to satisfy a legal requirement, including a subpoena or comparable lawful procedure;
  • where the Service Provider has a reasonable good-faith basis to believe disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, safeguard users or other individuals, examine suspected fraud, or respond to a legitimate governmental inquiry;
  • to trusted service providers performing authorized tasks on behalf of the Service Provider, provided that they are not permitted to independently use the disclosed information and are required to follow applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations.

Opt-Out Rights

You may prevent the Application from collecting additional information from your device by removing Super Kick Blitz through the standard uninstall function provided by your mobile operating system. Uninstallation prevents future collection through the Application, but does not by itself remove information that was previously transferred to the Service Provider or its third-party providers.

For requests concerning deletion of personal information, withdrawal of consent, or any other applicable privacy right, please contact the Service Provider at tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the applicable retention periods and the purposes for which it was obtained:

  • User Provided Data: Stored while you use the Application and for an additional 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is legally required
  • Automatically Collected Data: Maintained for a period of up to 24 months following collection, unless extended retention is necessary to satisfy legal obligations
  • Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be preserved without a fixed expiration because it can no longer reasonably be associated with you
  • Data required for legal compliance: Kept for the period mandated by applicable laws and regulations

You may submit a request to have your personal information deleted, subject to circumstances where the Service Provider is legally required to retain particular records. If you want User Provided Data submitted through the Application to be removed, please contact the Service Provider at tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com. Certain information may need to remain available where it is necessary for the Application to operate correctly.

Children

Super Kick Blitz is not directed toward children younger than 13 years old, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request personal information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.

Where applicable regulations require permission from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used by a child without the required authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in circumstances prohibited by applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been submitted by a child in violation of applicable requirements, reasonable steps will be taken to remove the information from its systems without undue delay. Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact the Service Provider at tsentrkorpfort.sbs@gmail.com so the appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider takes the protection of information seriously and uses reasonable physical, technical, electronic, and organizational measures intended to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of information that it handles and maintains.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident involving personal information, the Service Provider will provide notifications as required by applicable law. Where legally required, such notification may include information concerning the type of incident and the measures being taken in response.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to account for changes in the Application, applicable legislation, technology, or privacy practices. Material updates will be communicated by publishing the revised Privacy Policy together with its new effective date.
